Sitting for to long? … this mini series will help get the blood moving!
Many of us are sitting for long hours working desk jobs, helping children with homework or just living a more stationary life style currently. We put together a few of our chair stretches to help you reset in about 5 minutes if you are feeling that stiffness settling in. Seated in a chair move to the front edge with your knees inline with hips and feet just under your knees. We will begin with seated cat/cows, seated twist and finish with seated side bending.
