Did you know that yoga can help your pelvic floor? This week’s tip is a classic yoga move but with my input on how to maximize it to help open the pelvic floor. Check it out then scroll down for more!

 

 

You can actually stretch the pelvic floor by opening up the space between the tailbone and the sit bones. This is something I recommend to so many clients because most of us sit for a large portion of our day. Even if you don’t have known pelvic floor issues, try this one out and notice how your hips and low back feel. You might start looking for a yoga class near you!
